• The storage units and rooms of Minilaod are in the yard area of Donte centre, on an enclosed territory at Pärnu mnt 142.
• Clients have 24 h (Mo–Su) access to storage units throughout the year.
• The office and customer service of Minilaod are on the ground floor of the main building of Donte centre and are open on workdays (Mo–Fr) 10.00–16.00. The office is closed during weekends on and on public holidays.

Minilaod has almost 200 storage units built between 2010 and 2013 for you to choose from. In planning and building the storage units and rooms, the experience of the management in overseeing and development of a similar self storage service in Finland, Sweden and United Kingdom has been particularly helpful. We are adding constantly new storage units to our Tondi Ärikeskus facility since the interest and needs of clients has grown year after year.
