More space!

There are more than 60 thousand self-storage companies worldwide. The service arrived in Estonia in 2010, when OÜ Minilaod opened its first warehouse. Thank you to everyone who gave us a reason to undertake another expansion project.

In 2017, we built 75 new warehouses on a new area of about 250 m2. We added a freight elevator and expanded the possibilities for customers to keep their things safe.

Today, Minilabs has a total of around 250 small storage and warehouse rooms, 1/3 of which are net warehouses and 2/3 private metal-walled warehouses. In total, we serve both private and business customers on about 900 square meters, many of whom have become long-term loyal customers.
